hello to all fellow members recently i have started going back on the rivers as i got fed up with commercials,there is nothing like waiting for a bite and not knowing what size the fish is going to be i will be over the moon when i get a double figure barbel .

Hello Karl and welcome, I don't know what rivers you are fishing (obviously) but think you should tryto be realistic about a double and just enjoy getting a decent bend in the rod. Anyway good luck.

im fishing the ribble had a few up to now biggest being 8lb .really getting in to it but i wont be able to go gor a few week due to work,cant complain there is a lot of people out there who are unemployed at moment.
