river culm and exe

Recently moved to north devon and just joined the exeter ticket as have been told and seen some pictures on there website.Just wondering if anyone can shed any light on this and if so where abouts they have come out .been trying trhe culm at kilerton for last few months and had some chub up to 4 lb.i know they are very few and far between any suggestions would be grateful. also anyone know any good day ticket water as close to devon as possible.i assume it will be either the bristol avon or the dorset stour,
