Hi all anybody out on the first day have any luck gave it a miss myself as it was too hot and too bright out tomorrow though had a walk on my favourite stretch plenty of chub spotted but no barbus as yet will be trying a couple of different areas this season as my normal area is becoming quite busy.
Well I look forward to meeting some of you on the bank good luck and tight lines for the new season.

Not long to go now boy-o-boy cant wait to get on the river again.
The rivers are so low and clear it will be realy tricky trying not to spook them when you find them but realy satisfying stalking and creeping the bank

Hi Guys,
I'm thinking of spending some time on the Avon in the new season as well as the Thames. I last fished the Avon about ten years ago on the Chipenham ticket but I do not know a great deal about club waters further down stream such as Bathhampton. Any comments or info to make my choice easier would be a great help.
