Hi i,m new to this site, and i,ll soon be visiting Wales. If anyone knows how to obtain permission on how to fish the river Taff at Radyr, weir area ,near Cardiff, as i,m visiting The rhondda Valley area,end of February. i,ve heard theres some very good Barbel, and Pike in this area, can anyone put some light on this, and how would I obtain permission, to fish.
